| Ian Gibson Associates Building Preservation was established in February 1997 by Ian Gibson who had experience in the
Preservation and Building industry dating back to 1983 and 1976 respectively.
Specialising in their Core business of, Damp Proofing, Timber Treatments, and Wall Stabilisation, they have extended their services they offer to include Restoration work, including Traditional Plastering, Cornice work and Structural repairs. Basement renovation was a natural extension to their core Damp Proofing Business. All works are carried out by their own Technicians, who are fully trained in all aspects of Preservation and Restoration. Predominantly operating in Cumbria and the South of Scotland, they have extended their area of operations to include the North East of England and Lancaster / Morecambe Bay area. All Surveyors are fully qualified to B.W.P.D.A. standards (C.S.R.T). With the majority of the Technicians qualified to B.W.P.D.A. standards. The Company has achieved “Investors in People” standard and are members of the B.W.P.D.A. & A.A.W.U. As a member of the C.I.T.B. they operate a policy of Training and Apprenticeships within the Company. Office Opening hours 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday |
